Welcome to Shin Shin Wellness

There’s no single right way to heal.
What matters is what you're actually experiencing:
your body, your emotions, your identities, your history, your contexts.
All of these parts of yourself contain great wisdom.
My work, in therapy and in supervision, is helping you remember, re-trust, and reintegrate what you already carry.
About “Shin Shin Wellness”
The kanji character 身 (shin) means “body” and the character 心 (kokoro) means “heart, mind, spirit.” Both share the reading “shin”—hence “shin shin.”
In Japanese culture, mind and body have long been understood as inherently connected rather than being separate. Putting 身 (body) first reflects my therapeutic belief that the body isn't secondary; rather, that it's often where understanding and healing begins.
